PS Rotation?

I would like to do the PS rotation, but can't seem to find it. Could someone let me know where to find it?

Try this site.
ALso, when I did PS for 8 weeks, I did 30-45" min of cardio on upper body days & no cardio on leg day.
Then I added 3 more days of intense cardio, with one day being an option of doing Body Max or Circuit max.
This works great!
