PS or Slow and Heavy?

I'm looking for something different. I've been doing PUB/PLB for awhile now. Which should I get for definition? I only have dumbbells at this point and with all of the home improvement going on, a barbell set will have to wait.

Hmmmm, lets see. If you want to gain muscle, get S&H. I feel that PS is more of an endurance workout when compared to S&H because the reps are not as slow as S&H. Both are really good workouts.

For you, I would recommend the PS Series. I think once you master that one, S&H will definitely need to be next.

For S&H a barbell really isn't necessary. I don't think I would say the same for PS. Without the barbell, PS just wouldn't be any fun, and you'd miss out on a lot. So I would say S&H.
