This is a questions for Cathy... I want to start doing both the upper body tapes at home, but lack a long barbell (I'm not sure specifically what this piece of equipment is called.) Can I substitute this long bar for free weights? Will this affect my results?
Also, I'm a little unsure how to set up a weekly routine for myself. How should I split the two videos (Chest/Shoulders/Tricets vs. Back/Biceps/Abs) in a one week period?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. So far the tapes are the BEST for upper body I've ever come across.
