Pryamid with Slow & Heavy

Hi Cathe,
I am very excited that you are considering doing a pryamid weight series. I love your weight workout. They are the most challenging of all workouts. I look forward to your new ones every year. I was wondering if you wanted to use SH and use the pyramid system for something a little different would it be better to start with the heaviest of weight you can handle and then lower your weights or start with light and go heavy or would you recommend doing them with same weight. I now do them with the same weight all 3 sets or sometimes do the middle with a heavier weight. I also want to be able to complete all 3 sets. Any suggestions would be helpful.
