Hi Cathe,
I'm currently doing a slow&heavy rotation and feel like whey is broken down too quickly and feel like is a waste. I'm looking into Casine b/c its slower. I know that you prefer Isopure. What is the difference b/t the 2 and which would be best for my rotation?
