Protein shakes - believe it or not...

I have read & written many a post about shakes here and wanted to share my most recent discovery!

I have used many but most recently I was using Myoplex light in the pre-measured packages. I usually mix it with ice; milk, soy milk or juice and sometimes, frozen fruit. Throw it in the magic bullet and here we go!

I recently tried Bally's Bfit Lite shakes (vanilla) & I LOVE THEM. They taste much better and I only added water (rather than juice, fruit, etc.). So, I avoid the extra calories of the juice/milk/fruit and I get the same effect. They taste just like a vanilla milkshake.

I plan to try the other flavors but haven't yet. I intend to try the regular (not light ones) as well for the extra protein.

Something for you to try if you are looking for something new!

Yum! They sound great! What is the nutrition info for them?
And can I only get them at Bally's or can I also find them somewhere else?

The "light" version, vanilla flavor, has the following counts:

calories 190
protein 20g
sugars 3g
carbs 23g

I bought mine at Bally's. I googled them and there are some places where you can buy the product on-line (ie: amazon).

Stevia isn't a fake sugar. It's extracted from a plant.
