I am really struggling to eat enough while nursing. My baby is 9 weeks old already, and I'm really trying to get enough nourishment and calories without eating junk. I gained 23 pounds during my pregnancy, and I've already lost that plus 6 more. I really like drinking protein shakes and find that they really help me get enough in my diet, so I'm wondering if it's okay to drink them since I'm nursing. I specifically drink Designer Protein and Myoplex Lite. Thanks for the advice.
