I make a morning smoothie out of "Vegan complete" meal replacement/protein powder (pea and rice based---there are a lot of vegetarian/vegan mixes, you can find some at www.veganessentials.com ). I add it to pomegranate juice, add hemp protein powder (another vegetarian source of good protein that is easily digested and assimilated by the body), maca root powder (an adaptogen), flax meal, aloe vera juice, the innards of a vegan joint supplement capsule, the innards of a mangosteen and blue-green algae capsule (antiinflamatory and adaptogen), and frozen fruits.
