PROTEIN POWDER

Hey guys! Well I wanted to start a new rotation next week. I've currently been doing PH twice a week and some sort of cardio three times a week. I'm not overweight and want to build muscle and increase strength. I was thinking about doing each PS tape once a week (splitting the leg tape and tacking each half onto the upper body tapes so I could consolidate the whole series into 2 days) and then on another day do MIS... so I'd be doing 3 weight workouts each week and only 2 cardios. I was worried about dropping down to 2 cardios, but I'd be adding another weight day and I'm pretty active in my daily life. So, I was thinking about taking protein powder in my soy milk at breakfast. Would this be beneficial to me and help me meet my goal? Is the above rotation enough to build strength and muscle? I can only spare 5 days/week for roughly an hour each day to workout, so this rotation is the best I could come up with. Then I was thinking about getting LL and the CTX upper body split, and after doing the PS/MIS rotation for about 12 weeks, move on to do CTX Upper twice a week and LL once a week, still staying at 2 cardios. Sorry this is so much at once! But I'd really appreciate any advice on rotations and protein powder... and if you could give me a brand name of powder to try, great! Thanks again! Healthy regards to all....

I usually put some in my oatmeal in the morning, along with soymilk. It dissolves easily with no lumps. You can get it at Trader Joe's if you have one near you.
