I believe that it something around 0.7 to 1 g per pound of body weight. These are for moderate weight lifting activity. If you do heavy weights more than twice per week per body part its towards the 1 g; but if you do less strenuous lifting (average) than its about .7 g and less still if you only do cardioand very light weight training. I think you can find this in M & F Hers. This is off the top of head as to what I remember printed in a magazine I read a while back.
