Last post made me want to ask this question. What is the minimum # of protein grams we need to have muscles recover from workouts? Sometimes I hear that you should go by your body weight, but shouldn't we use our lean body weight not out total weight(because it includes pounds of fat). I don't know, I get this confused sometimes. Also what is the max # of protein grams your body can use/store at each meal? I thought I read this somewhere. Wait, no, I think I read your body can't store protein. As you can see I am a bit confused. Is excess protein converted to fat like carbs??
