Progress, not Perfection !!

Just checking in to say I did the entire 77 minutes of Susan Chung's Rapidfire Results workout. I had to hit pause a few times though!! I changed my mind and decided to do cardio instead of STS Total Body. I wanted to sweat off some pizza fat! I also find it easier to do a strength workout after work than a cardio workout, so I'll do STS Total Body tomorrow after work. (Dreading going back!)
