Problems with Ordering from New Shopping Site

I guess there are a few bugs in the new shopping site. I did try to order some VHS tapes that were on sale, however, it appears that my order was entered and processed 3 times. Obviously, I do not want 3 identical orders. I called customer service and they asked me to send them an email about the problem. Apparently, this has been happening to quite a few people purchasing on line. I have not yet heard back from them and I called my credit card company, but they are not yet showing any charges for this. Has anyone else experiencing this today heard back from customer service yet? Thanks!

Maybe you should post this on Open Discussion, if you are looking for responses from people other than Cathe :)
 
This was a problem that quite a few people experienced. We have been working on this all day along with help from UPS and the software company. The problem has now been fixed and any extra multiple orders for the same price from the same customer have been voided.
