Problem with PS chest, shoulders, triceps

When I do this video I don't feel I am working my triceps hard enough. By the time we get to the triceps my chest is very tired (shaking) and I feel many of the tricep excercizes in my chest, limiting how hard I can push myself. I notice this especially while lying on the step doing the french pressed and cross-body kick overs. What should I do? I feel that my tricep work is suffering.

Triceps

Many of the exercises that work the chest and shoulders also require the use of your triceps. For this reason, when I designed the workout, I grouped these three together so that they would all be able to recover together on your rest day. But as I always tell everyone, each person responds differently to exercise. If you honestly feel that your triceps are not being challenged enough due to chest fatigue, and would like a little more attention to your triceps, then you may want to try to do a thorough warm up and then start with the tricep section first(of the PS/CST tape). Or another option is to select four of your favorite tricep exercises(do 3 sets of 10 to 12 reps)and do these exercises alone on a separate day without adding another body part. You can do this in addition to doing the PS chest, shoulder, tricep tape. Good Luck!
