Did anyone have a problem with the 75% off code for CIA?

The sale ends today but when I type GIFT nothing happens?

I contacted customer service and did not get a reply back.

I also called and got an answering machine.

I'm a bit frustrated and disappointed, I was looking forward to getting a few new workouts. Oh well...
