Problem - Need Help! (Long)

Hello Ladies!
I am a long time Cathe addict with an interesting problem y'all might be able to help me with. I'm an actor (stage) currently in rehearsal for a role that requires me to "look" like I'm starving myself...yes, literally! It's a play based on a greek queen who was madly in love that was unrequited and she's so unhappy that trying to kill herself by starving...it sounds awful, but it is actually a very beautiful script.
Anyways, I'm looking for a Cathe rotation that will keep my muscles toned for the next 12 weeks, but make me look leaner and drop maybe about 10 pounds...
Here are some links to my current pics (taken after I did FitnessGoddess' Tank Top Rotation - which ended a few weeks ago):

and perhaps some diet suggestions...

I know it's alot to ask, but if any of you have any ideas, I would really appreciate it!

I don't have any diet or exercise suggestions, but I'd rely mostly on makeup and clothing (creating dark hollows in the cheeks to give a starved look, wearing bulky clothes to give the illusion of being smaller). After all, theater is part illusion, isn't it? Or what about having all the other cast members gain 10 pounds or so, so you'd look emaciated in comparison;)

Hi Robin. I have also heard of a new way to "tan". Apparently a salon or the like will apply self tanning stuff to give the illusion of an appearance. Like they can make a woman look like she has clevage in a plunging neckline dress. They can make a woman look like she has great toned arms. It has to do with shadowing and such. My cousin lives in Boston and she says that they have something like it up there. That maybe an option if you can find a place that does this.

Thanks, ladies...great suggestions!

Since I will also be wanting to continue my workouts during rehearsals and performances, I was hoping someone would have a suggestion regarding a non-bulking but muscle retaining rotation...maybe just Bootcamp, C&W, and lots of cardio???

TIA,
Robin
