problem entering 1RM in workout manager

I don't know what am I am doing wrong. I am trying to enter 17 tests that I have done so far but after I enter few of them the first ones are erased. So there are only 10 showing out of 17 entered. Please tell what am I doing wrong.

We have had some people report the same issue, but we have so far not been able to duplicate the error. On Monday, when our developers make it back to work we will have them look at this again.

I went back for the 3rd attempt and this time everything got entered correctly. I am glad I had a paper copy :) Thanks!

1RM results problem

One thing I just thought of. The 1RM results window has a scroll bar. If you scroll down and leave the scroll bar at the bottom ...and then go and enter a new 1RM test you will not see the result because the scroll bar is down at the bottom of the window. Could you double check and make sure that the scroll bar is not the issue that is causing your problem?

Dear SNM:

I am jhaving the exact same probelm. I checked and it is not the scroll bar.

As a matter of fact, when I enter a 1RM the exercise turns "red" telling me it is entered.

When I enter another exercise, the 2nd one turns red, but the first one is now black again saying I did not enter the 1RM.

I tried starting my computer again and emptying the cache but it still will not keep the record.

Just letting you know my experience. Thanks

I am using IE 7.
I have both the sites bookmarked so I go directly to
http://www.thecathenation.com/workout/ and I am already logged in.

I did also try logging out and then logging back in, but it did not help with the problem.

I always click on STS in STEP 1 and then the Disc #. I have not tried to put in my 1RM through "All Exercises" in Step 1 - maybe that would work.

Oh, and this problem just started this past week for me. It was absolutley fine before that.

Again thank you.

When you login again can you try doing by doing the following:

#1 Make sure you're logged out from the WM and forums.

#2 Close your browser.

#3 Open a new browser

#4 go to our forums and click on the Workout Manager link you see at the very top of our forums page

#5 login to the Workout Manager and let me know if you see the same problem?

After following your directions, it seems to be holding the inputs. Does that mean I have to log out each time I use WM?

Same thing happening today. I am loosing some of the saved excersizes when I enter new ones. I will try login-in from the message board to workout manager as suggested.

This bug has now been identified and fixed. The problem occurred only when a user clicked on an existing 1RM result to view or change their 1RM result and then tried to enter a new test for an exercise. The code didn't realize this was a new exercise and just over wrote the data for the exercise that was previously viewed. This has now been fixed, but let us know if you're still seeing a problem.
