Has anyone seen a list of substitutions? I have looked at some of the rotations posted but do not have may of the DVDs. Is there some kind of list that places them into categories and you just pick a different workout from the same category? I only have 4 of the DVDs so far but with the premixes, it really gives you many more than that. Thanks.

You know, I can't even remember. I was all over the boards last night for about an hour. I'm at work but will look at it when I get home. I printed it. If that doesn't tell me, I'll type it back out for you. :)
