How do I send a private message (conversation) to a fellow cathlete? I click on their profile and can't find anywhere to send them a PM. I finally found inside my own profile "start conversation" and I typed in the fellow cathlete's name, however when I went to start the conversation, it said I wasn't allowed to start a conversation in a red error box.

When you click on the username of the person you want to private message you will see a "start conversation" link in the pop-up window that you click. If you don't see this link the user does not allow private conversations.
