SNM, thanks for posting the pricing details in the above thread for the DVDs. I'm preparing to preorder and was just hoping there will be a download + DVD package offered (with or without the cycle workout ?) for those of us who use both DVDs and downloads. Will a DVD+download package be available for preorder? If so, any idea on cost?
