This one looks great, particularly the boxing segments which alone would make it worth the money. I just pre-ordered it---less than $15 w/no shipping, superb deal.

I ordered one of Susan Chung's workouts about 2 years ago - it was new then. I just couldn't get into it. It looked good in the clips, had great moves + a small weights section too, but it just wasn't for me. I think I tried it 3 times and finally traded it. Maybe it was her voice/energy - not sure. So... no more Susan Chung for me. Alternately, I love every single Cathe kickboxing workout - even when there are jumping jacks

I've ordered, too! My 4th one. She has perfect form, and her DVD's keep improving. She's a great martial artist & teacher! Can't say enough good things about her.
