Several of you have asked if we're going to offer a special for ordering both VHS videos and DVDs. The answer is yes…The total price for ordering the Body Blast Bonus VHS 6 pack and all 4 DVDs is $199. This is a savings of nearly $100 of the regular price. About the DVDs
The Body Blast series consist of 4 DVDs that we feel they will be our best to date. They’re available individually and in special discount bundles. Not only will they contain even more premixes than the Intensity series, but they will contain over 40 premixed workouts along with many new features truly making them some of the most technologically advanced fitness DVDs on the market today. While we will always feature a multitude of chapter points as well as our "chapters" and "mix and match" menu's, we are excited to add a new feature that we call “The Workout Blender". The Blender allows you to mix and match sections without having to use auto-programming on your DVD player or having to know the chapter and title number. We are also planning on offering a "music off" option for most of the workouts so you can play your own music if preferred.

Estimated Shipping Date: It is really difficult to give you an exact or accurate shipping date at this time. The new workouts are being filmed this Summer and we hope to ship towards the end of the summer. As always, we will keep you updated on our website. Usually, videos will ship several weeks earlier than the DVDs. Videos and DVDs will ship in the order they were received.
Cathe Baseball Caps
We’re still working on getting items in for Cathe Gear, but we thought we would get our feet wet by offering Cathe embroidered baseball caps for purchase with the presale. These are high quality low profile “Adams” hats with a leather “ponytail” strap in the back and come in 5 different colors. We will try to post a picture of the hats in a few days. If you order any of our current videos or DVDs with your preorder , we will ship your hat with those videos/DVDs. If you only preorder videos/DVDs, your hat will ship when your preorder ships. You have an option of paying $6 to have your hat ship now if you prefer.
