Hi, I have been trying to contact you via e-mail regarding my pre-order, everytime I send the e-mail it is returned to me "stating unable to send" I am sending my message to "[email protected]" please let me know if this is correct?
In the meantime, my question is this: I have maintained my pre-order , my order for all of Cathe's new DVD's was placed the day the pre-order sale began prior to Cathe's injury-I have NOT CANCELLED MY ORDER...I just want to make sure you still have it as it was placed such a long time ago. Can you please check on this-before the pre-sale end date of Sept 30th.(in the case that I need to re-order) Thank you in advance for your quick response. Angela
