I just brought BC & ME. I was looking at the dvd and it has premixes. How do I use these in my workout? I usually pop in the dvd and hit play (taebo). Are these extra workouts, are they different from the actually workout? How do you used them in your workouts, examples please? Some clarity would be appreciated.
 
Some of the premixes are shorten versions for quicker workouts, others are "mixing" it up a bit. For example, on PUB/PLB, there are premixed for going up the pyramid and some for going down. Also there is one that mixes lower and upper body together.

Popular premixes on the BC/ME DVD are the "Everything but Core" workout in Bootcamp, followed by "Core Only". This is for those who don't like lying down and having to jump up again to do the cardio and would rather have all the lying down work at the end.

The "Combo" workout is an intense, workout that incorporates 4 of the cardio sectons of Bootcamp, plus some of BC leg work, with portions (mostly upper body) of ME. It's a circuit workout with less cardio than the original Bootcamp.

And finally, the "Upper Body" premix of ME is a very thorough upper body workout, and my personal favorite.
