I forgot to add that I am unable to find the premixes in the new shopping cart. Can you please guide me as to how to do this? Thank-You. Peggy

Not all the DVDs have this feature but for the ones that do you click on 'more info' and then the 'premix' tab at the top of the description. there is also a tab for 'equipment needed'.

I found them...I was looking at Circuit Max & Cardio Kicks Dvd and didn't realize that the premixes are not listed for all the dvds. Thanks Again. Peggy

Hi Peggy,

Some of the older workouts do not have pre-mixes. They are chaptered, however. I do not think Circuit Max & Cardio Kicks have pre-mixes, but you can still pick and choose by using the chapters.
