Premixes on new DVD?

Hi all, was wondering if those of you that already got your new DVDs from pre-order could list any premixes. I preordered all 3 but can't do step right now due to a knee problem and I'm anxious to see if there is at least some weight only type premixes. Mine is due to arrive June 1.
