My tape of Circuit Max got "eaten" by my VCR, so I want to get the DVD. Does it have any premixes, etc.? Sorry if I overlooked this info somewhere else.
This DVD doesn't have any premixes. However, it does have chapter points for each workout so if you are good at programming your DVD player, you could create a premix that way.
