Here are the the Premixes for Lift it Hit it - Chest,Tri's and Delts:

Premix #1 : Shoulders Last
In this premix we’ve changed the order of the exercises and moved shoulders from the middle to the end of the routine. Exercise order is chest, tri’s and shoulders for this mix.

Premix #2: Timesaver #1 – No Shoulders
In this time saver workout you will only do chest and tri’s.

Premix #3: Timesaver #2 – No Finishers
Finishers are eliminated in this timesaver premix, but all of the other weight sets are still included.

Premix #4: Timesaver #3 – 1 Set Only- No Finishers
This timesaver premix features only 1 set of every exercise and no finishers.

Premix #5: Timesaver #4 – 1 Set Only + Finishers
This timesaver premix features only 1 set of every exercise and also includes finishers

Premix #6: Timesaver #5 – 2 Sets Only- No Finishers
This timesaver premix features only 2 sets of every exercise and no finishers.

Premix #7: Timesaver #6 – 2 Sets Only + Finishers
This timesaver premix features only 2 sets of every exercise and also includes finishers

Premix #8: Entire Routine + Abs #1
This premix includes the normal routine plus Bonus Abs #1 are included at the end just before the stretch.

Premix #9: Entire Routine + Abs #2
This premix includes the normal routine plus Bonus Abs #2 are included at the end just before the stretch.

Premix #10: Abs Instead Of Finishers
This unique premix features the normal routine, but instead of finishers you will do abs after each muscle group.

Premix #11: Extreme – 4 Sets + Finishers
This extreme premix features 1 extra set for each exercise by repeating set #2 and also still includes finishers for an extra tough workout
