Hi I prefer to mostly strength training with no cardio. Can you please recommend some workouts or premixes on demand for this? I prefer a little shorter workout occasionally, 30 -45 minutes long. I also can't seem to find the premixes on demand. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
 
The premixes are under the blender. That's where you can also make your own workouts and save them. Or you can download workouts from other people. It's great. Do you prefer total body strength training or split?
