Here is my question: I do not have Leaner legs and am looking to put together an equivalent workout from existing workouts. Can anyone design one ? I have PH, the
Intensity Series, MIS, PS series, S&H series, Circuit Max, Cardio Kicks, Body Max and other step tapes by Cathe.

When I get to a rotation with leaner legs in it, I'm not sure what would fit in best as a substitute. I've thought of the legs segmnets from power hour, but what else should I combine with that?

Any suggestions from the educated Cathe folks would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. :)

Since Leaner Legs is non-stop endurance for lower body, the best sub is Pyramid Lower I reckon.

Second best could be the PS legs tape, third best would be the leg work from MIS followed immediately by leg work from PH.
