Premix Question

I don't know if this has been posted or not, if so I apoligize in andvance.

Will there be a premix with all of the upper body weight work in the new series? Also a total body weight workout?

I also wanted to thank you for all of the updates on the blog, I have truly enjoyed viewing the photos. You really take care of us, and I wanted to express my thanks to you and your entire crew, it is appreciated.
