Hi Cathe,
I just got a great reply for a question on another thread.I just want to thank you Cathe for the quality of dvd you make.
the premixes alone make the possibilites endless! It's really amazing! have one quick question though, how do I use workout blender on kick max and kpc?

Kick Max doesn't have a workout blender option. KPC does have a blender option and you can select up to I think 6 segments and then play them in any order you like. I think we have directions on the menu screen, but if you need further help just let us know.

Glad you are enjoying the premixes. Our new 4 Day Split DVD will feature some new technology we worked on with NFL Films that will make the transitions look smoother. About 80 percent of the premixes will look almost as good as the normal edited video.
