High Step Challenge Cardio segments only (use chapter skip to get past resistance cycles)

High Step Training cardio only premix (omitting warm-up)

HARDCORE EXTREME PLUS INTERVAL/LEG-CIRCUIT CHALLENGE:

Hard Core Interval + Circuit:
Warm-Up and Interval+Circuit cycles, powering through 2 resistance cycles each with barbell squats, plie squats and lunges only (no upper body drills); THEN

Boot Camp Cardio+Lower Body Only premix
