pregnancy workout

HI Cathe,
I am pregnant with my fifth child. I am an advanced home exerciser. I want to maintain my fitness level and my muslce tone during this pregnancy. I have been considering using exercise bands, instead of weights, because i thought they might be safer. What do you think?? Also, what do you recommend as far as a workout. Can I still do your DVD's including the IMAX as long as I modify when needed. Will intensity blasts increase my heart rate too much?????

I'm not Cathe, but I think it would be best to check with your doctor and discuss what type of workouts would be appropriate during your pregnancy.
