pregnancy friendly DVD's from Cathe?

I know to modify and go with how my body feels, I was just wondering what Cathe workout you found was the easiest with your pregnant body? Just curious what you mainly did when you were pregnant.

I was pregnant over 8 years ago, so the discography has increased exponentially, but I did everything I had for weights. I did the high impact step up until maybe the 6th month, then walked. The only modification I made was to always do incline presses and flies, never flat on my back, and switched to dumbbells instead of a barbell when doing rows. My belly got in the way.

how exciting! i love being pregnant! that last week of waiting is so tough tho!

i broke down and did some leslie sansone in the last trimester. it was nice to modify-up instead of down!:)

i did 4ds lis cardio quite a bit

weights stayed pretty much the same until the VERY end
i actually can squat MORE now! i got used to the gradual increase in weight of my body - too cool, huh? i was/am so excited! an unknown pregnancy benefit!

i agree about not being flat on your back
and be careful w/ weights. thanks to the hormone relaxin your joints and ligaments are looser, making you more prone to injury.

to modify cardio: a whole lot of knee repeaters:(
in bm2 i would do knee repeaters in place of the cross-country move. boy did i miss that one! also did knee-ups in place of outer-thighs around the corner.

my baby (3rd girl!!!:cool:) is 2.5 months - i *love* pregnant talk!:cool::D

Hey you are about as far as I am. I'm 23 weeks today. I'm in a bit of a rut working out cause I was really sick but I'm going to jump back in with both feet soon so I'm curious also about this. I think right now I "should" be able to continue with most of my workouts I was doing but I know I'll slow down the further along I get. With my last son (5 years old) I wasn't into cathe yet when expecting but did Tae Bo up till the end of 8 months so I assume I'll beable to continue kickboxing. I hope.
