how exciting! i love being pregnant! that last week of waiting is so tough tho!
i broke down and did some leslie sansone in the last trimester. it was nice to modify-up instead of down!
i did 4ds lis cardio quite a bit
weights stayed pretty much the same until the VERY end
i actually can squat MORE now! i got used to the gradual increase in weight of my body - too cool, huh? i was/am so excited! an unknown pregnancy benefit!
i agree about not being flat on your back
and be careful w/ weights. thanks to the hormone relaxin your joints and ligaments are looser, making you more prone to injury.
to modify cardio: a whole lot of knee repeaters

in bm2 i would do knee repeaters in place of the cross-country move. boy did i miss that one! also did knee-ups in place of outer-thighs around the corner.
