Hi guys
For some reason, I decided to rest from working out and watching my diet last week---the whole week. I worked out and was being good until last Monday, then I decided to take a break on Tuesday; Wednesday I couldn't work out in the morning because I needed to work early (4:45 a.m.) and pull my widom tooth right after I got off. I did decide to work out after I came home, but I was very uncomfortable from pulling the tooth, and I ended up watching TV on the couch. Then on Thursday I was "thinking" that I needed to rest and watch more TV; on Friday I was controlling myself from eating all morning, but somehow I still bought two pastries from wholefood, and I ate them while I was being a couch potato at home. I was eating all afternoon, so I call it "pre-thanksgiving eating." ;(
If i don't change my habbit, I don't think i've ever reach my goal. Somehow "buying" all these exercise equipment and DVDs makes me think I'll be skinny w/out "doing" them and eating right... gosh! I am such a piggy!!:+
