I did not pre-order the entire 10 pack because I can't do step aerobics. I know you said that those who do will get the resistance band for free, but what about the rest of us? Can we pre-order the band too?

How long is the band Cathe uses in the new workouts? I've seen some on-line and they vary between 4 feet and 7 feet long (maybe even more).
