pre-mix locations

I've printed out the list of pre-mixed for the body blast series and now have a question. When it says to insert card, pause if needed (or something like that)(or get ready for "whatever is next") what does that mean? Are "cards" supposed to come with the DVD's?

The insert card is just a screen that comes up on your tv during the premix and says pause if needed or some such--useful if you need to pull out different equipment or put some away so as to do the next section.
