Powerstrike Millenium

If you (or anyone else) use these workouts is it recommended to begin with the first one? It looks like only #3 is on DVD.....
 
Hi Elaine, I don't know about the other ladies who've tried all three workouts, but to me it seems the third one (on DVD) is the "easiest" -- very easy to follow and although it gets my heart rate up there, it's not as high as when I do 1 and 2. Still a great workout. I love watching Ilaria move and Patricia's cueing is so good. Lots of fast jabs and kicks in 1 and 2, which really get me breathing hard. I think that's it... the pace in 1 and 2 feel faster to me. I also have a bit of soreness the day after with them.

Hi Susan, I'd say they're just as intense as KPC. The only difference is that with KPC, I feel the intensity right away. With the Powerstrikes, the intensity creeps up on me. My HR monitor registers just about the same numbers with the Powerstrikes as with KPC. Hope this helps.:)

I love Powerstrike Millenium #2. It really gets my heartrate up and it stays up. It is definitely steady state cardio. I find it a little harder than KPC.

are any of the powerstrike videos available to view online? i've heard so many good things about them for so long, but am still a bit hesitant to try them, w/o first at least getting a preview of the style etc... and, are they only available through the powerstrike website?

btw, it sounds as if powerstrike "2" is the one to get?
