Hi Elaine, I don't know about the other ladies who've tried all three workouts, but to me it seems the third one (on DVD) is the "easiest" -- very easy to follow and although it gets my heart rate up there, it's not as high as when I do 1 and 2. Still a great workout. I love watching Ilaria move and Patricia's cueing is so good. Lots of fast jabs and kicks in 1 and 2, which really get me breathing hard. I think that's it... the pace in 1 and 2 feel faster to me. I also have a bit of soreness the day after with them.
