PowerHour & MIS

I just ordered powerhour and I should receive it this week. I already do cathe cardio tapes 4 times a week, but have really slacked off on my weight training. My goal is to gain some slim-looking muscle definition. I want to slim down, not bulk up. This is my plan:
S - off
M - cardio kicks
T - PH
W - step tape
T - 40 min run
F - PH
S - off

and I was thinking about replacing PH with MIS in about 8 to 10 weeks.
What do you guys think? Has anyone out there done a rotation similar to this before? If so what kind of results did you get? I am a total rotation dummy, and I know you guys can help!

Hi Stacy! If you have not been weight training lately, then coming in with Power Hour two times per week is a great start. Good Luck!
