Powerhour, breaking it up

I have a question about Powerhour. Would I be defeating the purpose of Powerhour's endurance workout if I broke it up? I have children and sometimes I start my tape in the evening and at times get interrupted. So I do maybe 30 minutes and have to stop for a period of time and do the other 30 minutes later. Am I still getting a good workout? Amy Jo

The sequencing is kind of important (shoulders are worked a bit during chest, biceps are worked a bit during back), but I think as long as you do both leg sections in one day (squats and lunges) and do a warm-up at the beginning and stretch at the end of each workout, then that's okay! It's better than doing none of the tape at all, right?

I have to admit that due to time constraints I have split this workout up. Usually I make it either an upper body tape or a lower body tape. For instance, I will do the warmup, chest, shoulders, triceps, biceps, abs for upper body or do the warmup, leg sections and abs for lower body.

It works for when I really want to work out but just don't have the full hour to give it!
