Power strike M3 is cardio?

I got the DVD...big mistake...it doesn't offer anything better than a Video. There wasn't even any menu. It had chapters but no menu. The least they could have done was Warm-up,Cardio and Cool Down.
They need a better camera man...show me the full shot when they are kicking please. Ilara is a pretty cool instructor. She's kind of like the touch chick but she gets you moving and even made me laugh out loud a few times. Good chemistry that's obvious with her fellow instructor but she pretty much outshines her. They have really good form. They just need Cathe's production. My heart rate did not get up like it does with Cathe but I did break a sweat and I did enjoy the workout. It's not very often you see female kickbox instructors with that form...or that bod. I thought I was going to get something like Janis Saffel. When I saw Ilara it was like "WHOA...that's a chick????"
I'd say it was low intensity low impact cardio but very good. But get the video version instead.

thanks for the review. How would you say it considered to their Powerstrike 1 and 2 videos? What Cathe video would you compare the intensity of Powerstrike 1 and 2 to? I am and have been wondering for a while whether I should get any of these or not........

I have powerstrike 1 & 2 and I wish that they were on dvd.
could you tell me if workout three differs much from the other two? as I dont want to buy it if there is not much difference.

I don't have 1 or 2, sorry! It's a good workout, but it doesn't seem very aerobic. My heart rate wasn't up. It's not like CK at all. M3 has very good combos and lots of kicks...I did sweat but not like CK.
Although it stays true to being more of a kickbox workout. So that part is good and very enjoyable. I'd say it would be like C&W intensity wise?
