I saw this WO mentioned in a rotation and then saw it on a list of DVDs of Cathe's. Can someone point me in the direction of which DVD this WO is on? I've never heard of it before.

It's on the "Cardio hits" DVD which contains 3 workouts: Power max, Step works and Step fit.
