They are using a different step, it's taller, and not intended for step aerobics, just to hold the weights and to lie down on for chest work and triceps work. It'll work fine if you just use the regular step with 4 risers.
I agree. I too use the same kind of step that I've always used for all Cathe's step tapes...I did buy extra risers for it but that's just me! It's not necessary to get the extra risers.
