I love Power Hour! PS is great too, but since it's 3 seperate tapes, I would find myself "forgetting" to do one at week's end.
Power Hour is a full body workout. I use light-med weights. I definately use light weights for the lunge sections because they are HARD! I was so sore the 1st few times I did it so it works. I think you'd need to do this tape all at once- you can't really split it up. But it's a solid workout in an hour.
