Power Hour or PS

Which one is slower? Does one build muscle faster than the other. I would like to build my upper body and slim down my lower body. I do'nt like to use heavy weights for the lower body cause my butt builds up quick.I have MIS but need a shorter workout. Any suggestions.
 
I love Power Hour! PS is great too, but since it's 3 seperate tapes, I would find myself "forgetting" to do one at week's end.

Power Hour is a full body workout. I use light-med weights. I definately use light weights for the lunge sections because they are HARD! I was so sore the 1st few times I did it so it works. I think you'd need to do this tape all at once- you can't really split it up. But it's a solid workout in an hour.
 
I just did Power Hour upper body. I do have it on DVD, so maybe that's why I find it easy to split...
PS is quite a bit slower than Power Hour. The speed of PH is more similar to MIS, but the emphasis of PH is more endurance than MIS. MIS is endurance and strength, PH is endurance, and PS is mostly strength. You can adjust the speed and weights you use to make them more strength or endurance based, as you need. If you already have MIS, I would say you would shock your muscles a little more if you went for PS, since it is more strength based and has a slower pace.
