I've never done Cathe's strength videos. I;m getting Power Hour and am curious about something. In the video preview, it does not show how Cathe puts the barbell down after finishing an exercise, in particular, the ones where she's lying down on the step. How does one work with a barbell without a weight bench?
 
She sits up and moves the barbell to her lap, before moving it to the floor. If it's a heavier load (as in PS), she switches to an underhand grip and curls it up over her knees and to the floor, so as not to strain the smaller muscles in the shoulders.
