Power Half hour is a set of 5 workouts (Ab burner, Thigh Trimmer, Bun Shaper, Arm Toner and stretch), each 30 mn. long. The intensity is above Power 90 (from what I've heard: I don't have Power 90), and below P90X. Many of the workouts include some plyo moves as well as weight moves and unweighted moves. The Ab workout has a combo of standing moves (like jumping and turning 180 degrees to engage the obliques...emphasis on the turn and not on the height) and floor work. the "Arm Toner" is actually a complete upper body workout, that uses opposing muscle group super sets throughout most of it (ie: push-ups followed by 1-arm rows).
The tech features it has are a music off option, an outtakes segment (though not all of these are actual "out"takes, as they are still in the workouts. More of a bloopers reel. Including one where Tony farts while doing a move!), closed captioning, and a segment and master timer.
Tony is goofier in this workout than in P90X, but it can give you a bit of a taste of his style.
I don't know why I don't get this one out more often (having around 200 workouts does make it tough to get to them all!), because it's time efficient and effective. I especially like the ab workout because of the standing/floor combo.
