A question for the POWER 90 X of beachbody. What do you think about these workouts? Do these workouts deserve thhe price? For the european or not USA users ¿Did you pay extra charges or customs duties with the shipment? Thank you very much for answering.

I am doing P90X it is a great program, it is more weight training than cardio, very challenging. I am in the USA so I cannot answer your second question, but IMO it is worth the money.

If you do a search on this forum under "P90X" (thread titles), you'll find lots of info on it. There was particularly a lot of buzz on it in the fall, when quite a few of us were using it.

I think it was one of the best fitness purchases I've ever made (if not THE best) as far as upper body strength and definition, core strength and definition, and flexibility. I personally needed more lower body work, but substituting GS Lower body (or any other Cathe workout) for Back and Biceps every once in a while would solve that problem (for me...not everyone had the same results).

Thank you very much Kathryn. I will stay using my Cathe's and TAEBO's. I want to use the P90X for the upper body and substitute the lower body and the cardio with Cathe's.There is not a cardio workout better than Cathe's or TAEBO's for me.
